We proudly use Broadbent's Country Hams and Bacon in many of our gift baskets and boxes. These products are hand rubbed, dry cured, smoked and meet FDA requirements as a shelf stable item. Broadbent's meat products will arrive unrefrigerated and may be kept in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months from the time that you receive them. We recommend that you refrigerate or freeze Broadbent's products upon receipt for optimum quality up to a year.
