A South Carolina Lowcountry meal steeped in tradition and history, said to bestow good luck and prosperity on those who eat it. Typically made with bacon; variations may be made using ham hocks, smoked sausage, smoked turkey or vegetarian. Our famous Charleston's Own traditional Hoppin' John recipe is included.
