Hickory Syrup from Falling Bark Farm. Small batch made from the bark of the shagbark hickory tree.  A sweet and hauntingly smoky syrup. 

The bark is hand harvested, cleaned then toasted to bring out the smoke and hickory flavors. Its then steeped, reduced and combined with all natural turbino sugar.

Hickory Syrup has quickly become one of our new favorites. Try this over pancakes or waffles, combine with whipped butter, added to glazed carrots, used on roasted pork, brushed on grilled peaches or as a sweetener for coffee.
