South Carolina Style Barbecue Beef Sandwich
Our friend Barry knows a thing or two about South Carolina Barbecue. His famous family has been involved in cooking barbeque for over 80 years with a string of restaurants. Barry’s sauce is made from the original recipe that made this legendary style of sauce known throughout the US. Our recipe below can easily be made in your home crockpot without the need of a full barbecue pit and smoking meat all day.
