Whole grain with the fibroid bran and nutritions gram intact and with a unique green hue noting the presence of natural chlorophyll, the Charleston Gold Brown Rice is firmer and requires a slightly longer cooking time.  Delicious simply boiled or steamed, the rice is also a secret ingredient for adding another layer of flavor to your favorite recipes.

Delicious simply boiled or steamed.  This rice is also a secret ingredient for adding another layer of flavor to your favorite recipes.  Or use as a gluten-free alternative for farro or orzo.  For best results we recommend cooking ‘pasta style’ by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil.  Add rice, cover halfway and reduce heat.  Simmer for roughly 30 minutes, drain and serve.
