Dark roast Raven is locally roasted in Charleston using 100% Arabica beans, in a single serve K-Cup. The coffee is so named in honor of Charleston's ties to Edgar Allen Poe.

Charleston Coffee Exchange began roasting gourmet coffee in 2006. It's family owned and operate a roasting facility and coffee shop in the West Ashley area of Charleston.
