Miss Ezzie's Granny's Chow Chow

Chow chow is known as one of the most popular condiments and pantry items throughout the south. Miss Ezzie's family recipe is an old fashioned staple becoming famous in the Lowcountry for its flavor. Granny's Chow Chow is mild and can be used on almost anything, but we like it on BBQ sandwiches, on greens, top beans or on a hot dog.

Ingredients: Cabbage, Vidalia Onions, Sugar, Bell Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Ground Mustard, Spices, Citric Acid and Turmeric
