Miss Ezzie's Summer Corn Relish

Description

Made with fresh sweet corn, its slightly sweet with a little tang from the vinegar. Popular in the South for cookouts; corn relish can be served with chips as a dip, as a side dish or can top a burger or hot dog. Miss Ezzie uses this corn relish for family meals in her home.

Ingredients: Sweet Corn, Onions, Sugar, Bell Pepper, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Spices (including dry Mustard and Celery Seed), Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Citric Acid.
