A traditional southern delicacy, watermelon rind pickles are sweet and a soft with an almost like candy texture. A family recipe from Miss Ezzie's Legendary Lowcountry, spiced with ginger, cloves, cinnamon and all spice. Watermelon rind pickles are often found in many pantries and grace many tables throughout the south. Best served chilled, Miss Ezzie likes them in a summertime relish tray or alongside chicken or pork. We agree but also like them as a snack too! Small batch canned in 16 oz glass jar
