Description

Real maple syrup from Northern Wisconsin proudly produced by the Anderson family since 1928. Sap is collected from local maple trees in the early Spring after the snow melts. The sap is boiled down in large wood fired pans housed in buildings known as "Sugar Shacks". It may take up to 65-70 gallons of sap to produce 1 gallon of maple syrup. Grade A Dark Amber Maple Syrup in a 8 oz (236 ml) glass bottle.
